Terms of Sale
When you order from Haddad Wylie Industries via website or phone you confirm your acceptance of this agreement, as it may be amended or supplemented from time to time. Changes to this Agreement will be effective when posted.
Pricing
Current prices are listed on Haddad Wylie Industries website. We will gladly provide a formal quotation with 30-day price protection. All pricing are subject to change without notice. Such prices do not include shipping and handling, expedited service, or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice price. You are responsible for any shipping and handling charges and state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order. Final confirmation is requested as part of the ordering process, all prices shown during this step are final, and it is your duty to check your order.
Payment
Once Payment is received, your order will be shipped. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and company check.
Shipping
The Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. All shipments are FOB destination. Claims for loss or damage in transit must be made with the carrier by the customer.
All shipments should be unpacked and inspected immediately upon receipt. If damage does not become apparent until shipment is unpacked, customer must make a request for inspection by the carrier’s agent and file with the carrier. Any external evidence of loss or damage must be noted on the freight bill or carrier’s receipt and signed by the carrier’s agent. Failure to do this will result in the carrier’s refusal to honor the claim. Most common items are in stock, but backorders will occur on occassion. When an item is back ordered we will notify you immediately that there will be a delay and how long that delay will be.
Limited Warranty
All products (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry an implied, 90-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. This warranty covers replacement or repair of the product. Warranty does not cover defects pertaining to normal wear and tear, accident, alterations, misuse, abuse or unusual conditions that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer. This Warranty shall be void in the event of improper installation, operation or maintenance, improper service or repair by other than Haddad Wylie Industries employee/technician. The warranty does not cover return shipping and freight.
Extended Warranty
Extended Warranties may be purchased on all products purchased with the exception of the Bio-GardTM Neutral Quat. We offer 1 year extended warranties for 15% of purchase price and 3 year warranties at 25% of purchase price. These warranties are subject to the same rules of the Limited Warranty provisions.
Return Policy
Haddad Wylie Industries recommends that the customer carefully inspect the merchandise immediately upon receipt. The following conditions warrant a return: proven defective product, warranty return and order/shipping error. Returns for reasons not listed above are subject to a case by case review. Contact Haddad Wylie Industries within 10-days of receipt for a Return Merchandise Authorization and credit (less 20% restocking fee). All returns must be in original packaging, include packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer. Haddad Wylie Industries is not responsible for returned merchandise that is damaged in shipping. Important: Before any item may be returned you must contact Haddad Wylie Industries for a return authorization number. Without this number, returned merchandise will be refused. This number must appear on the outside of the returned box. Be sure to enclose a copy of your original invoice with your returned merchandise. No returns on custom products, special packaging, or discontinued items.
Order cancellation
Please submit any cancellation via email to info@hwicleanrooms.com, or call 1-877-HWI-3028 within 24 hours of the time of order. Email cancelations must contain the same information submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order. If your order has been shipped out after the cancellation was submitted, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
