Clean Room Consultations:
Not sure what is needed to complete your clean room project? Or what is required? HWI has the experts that have been in the clean room industry for decades. As leaders in the clean room industry, HWI's specialty is design/build that complies with federal and industry standards.
Clean Room Design Services:
HWI can design to any clean room classification and environmentally controlled specification required. All designs will be MEP approved and stamped by a qualified, state approved engineer. State architectural drawings can be submitted by HWI or the client.
Clean Room Construction:
All clean room projects are managed by HWI personnel and utilize local HWI approved MEP contractors or customer prefered vendors. When projects utilize Bio-Gard™ wall laminate, all installation is completed by HWI's trained and certified technicians. Upon construction competion, rooms are furnished with the basic clean room equipment: stainless steel table, clean room grade chair, stainless steel hands free sink, hands free hand dryer and gowning boxes.

Clean Room Certifications:
Utilizing state of the art particle counting equipment, HWI can certify clean rooms that are as built and in operation.
Clean Room Preventative Maintenance Contracts
HWI offers quarterly, bi-annually, and yearly service contracts. HWI will verify filter efficiency, HVAC maintenance; complete cleaning of the clean room, and certification.
Clean Room Turn-key Construction:
HWI can complete your clean room project from consultation to certification. Our turn-key customers receive all the above services from consultation to certification for a fraction of the cost of outsourcing to numerous vendors/contractors.
