Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

HWI was contracted to renovate an existing pharmaceutical manufacturing facility to upgrade it's existing condition.  The facility had been built in the 70's and was in dire need of a renovation.  HWI designed and built the solution for this customer.  Within a 17 day shut down period, HWI renovated 10.000 sq/ft of clean room space; walls and ceilings.  Eliminating microbial ledges, replacing stainless steel walls with Bio-Gard™, and eliminating floor loaded return air walls was a success.  Notice the before and after photographs of the return air wall.
